About MedGuide

MedGuide is an independent medicine information website. Our goal is simple: explain what a medicine is, what it is used for and how it is normally taken, in language that people without a medical degree can follow.

Every drug page is organised in the same way so you can find the answer you need quickly: a short overview, the conditions a medicine treats, practical directions, important warnings, side effects and dosing information.

How our pages are produced

Drug pages combine information from publicly available medicine references with editorial review. Imported pages are rewritten before publication and checked for readability, missing sections and broken formatting. Pages that have not been reviewed yet are marked as such.

What we do not do

We do not sell medicines, provide prescriptions or give personal medical advice. If you have a question about your own treatment, speak to a doctor or pharmacist who knows your medical history.
